Courier Service
The convenient delivery and pick-up system of library materials on the Capitol Complex.
The Reference Library's Courier Service will deliver or pick up materials you request from
out library once each working day between 2pm and 4pm. For this service the Capitol
Complex will extend to Elizabeth Street and Michigan Avenue off of Washington Street, a
decent walking distance for our courier.
Need Materials?
- Register as a patron, If you are not a registered patron, the courier will bring the registration card to you with your requested materials.
- Search the Online Catalog to find the materials you need.
- Call (304) 558-2045 or e-mail wvlcref@wv.gov with your request.
Your material will be delivered within one working day. You will sign a receipt when you receive your material.
Need to Return Materials?
Call or e-mail using the number and address above and the courier will come to your office to pick-up the items.
